As a Spiritual Life Coach, I govern myself and coaching sessions according to universal laws and spiritual principles. I operate from the law that everything we experience in our physical world first starts within, with that being said our work together will be from the inside out; transforming your internal thought patterns will transform your external experiences.

Our personal experiences with people, places, and things are what mold and shape us. Our experiences are also designed for natural and spiritual revelation, which should be shared as wisdom nuggets.
Life Lessons that Heal the Soul takes you on a 23-day journey of self-reflection paralleled to the 23 life lessons Coach LaToya has experienced. This book creates a space for healing, enlightenment, and freedom within the mind, body, and spirit. And, will allow you to peel back any layers through challenging questions and healing exercises, to further support the lessons learned.
